   Why can't you allow an extra small dog being carried in your store mate, ps I left the image as I own a chiweenie myself and I'm confused as there's no food involved, imagine coming out of the shop after the wait and someone taken your friend

   Go a George Forman grill from this store after a few days notice the lid wasn’t heating up so checked reviews finding this was a common problem so took it back for a refund they plugged it in and said it heats up said the top doesn’t they put the hot grill back in the box and said it’s been used we can’t and won’t take it back so I said I take it to another store then and left then found out they had called every store in Hampshire telling them to refuse to replace or refund if you want to buy something in Argos check John Lewis they sell most items at the same price go there instead

   Writing on behalf of my sister. She attended the Gosport store to collect and item ordered on line with her miniature cockapoo. She was welcomed with "only assisted dogs allowed in store". She explained that she was just picking up an order but the manager Nathan wouldn't allow her to proceed. She suggested that he took the parcel to delivery area at the back of the shop and she would pick it up there and he said no. So she had to leave the shop without her order. Tell me why you would want to shop there again given the lack of customer service because of the so called policy. Given how hot the weather is she wasn't going to leave the dog in the car. Did he give her a solution no. No assistance whatsoever other than to tell her she spoke aggressively when she had to make a second trip to collect the item without the dog. Won't be long before that store closes with that type of attitude and customer service. Didn't want to give any stars but had to for review to be posted!!!

   Appalling customer service, I took back a printer which was not fit for purpose, I had my credit card statement as proof of payment but the store manager said she has not got all day to track the item down. Whilst in the store, I contacted customer services who seemed appalled and contacted the store direct themselves. I could hear a junior member of staff say to my colleague "it's the store manager's decision so it's above my pay grade". Customer Services then spoke to the Manager. Customer even told me to go to another store! I quoted The Sale of Goods Act and my legal right for a refund. There was hardly anyone in the shop. I would never purchase anything from the Gosport store again. I am still battling for a refund despite quoting the law.

   My wife asked if they'd take a heavy item to the rear doors to make it easier to load into the car but the staff were rude and refused and made her and my young daughter carry it round instead. Won't be going back.

   My elderly grandparents came to gosport today looking for a new tv. They came into your store and bought one. They said to staff they were parked round the back of the store so could someone carry the tv to the back of the store so they do not have to carry it all the way round. The staff said the tv is not heavy enough and showed them how to hold the tv. The store was quiet and I think it’s disgusting that staff did not sympathise and help my grandparents. Instead they struggled carrying the tv to the car! Awful treatment.

   Very good store online nice and easy with the Argos app or on google or any other search engine and good selections of electrical items and staff are really kind and quick and sort problems out will done Argos very good customer service and the app is five out five so quick and easy Argos you are the best company in history and prices and convenient store to buy electronic products and all home stuff as well all products are well made and sport stuff to good all categories are easy and app is better then online really well set out
