I arranged for a 2 seater sofa to be collected, but unfortunately the men that arrived were unable to get it out of the house, which is very strange as it was delivered from BHF furniture shop in Fareham. Luckily problem sorted, my husband and son have put it in the garage until it can be collected by a different charity!

Unimpressed by their collection service. Firstly the website showed I could book for a Saturday which is most convenient for me, but then I was told Saturdays weren't available. So I had to book for a Monday and they promised me a phone call 30 mins ahead of time, because I work on a Monday afternoon. They didn't bother to call. Unusually I was available. Then they decided the chair I was offering wasn't suitable because of fading, even though the chair is supposed to look like that (impression of old leather). So obviously I'm not going to bother donating to them again - there are other much more helpful, and smaller, charities to give to.

Friendly and helpful staff who can't do enough to help you. Excellent place to buy all kinds of household furniture, white goods and electrical items on a budget. Plus it helps a very, very worthwhile charity.
