   Absolutely wonderful practice. From the minute you walk in the door, you and your pet are made to feel welcome. Excellent, non judgemental advice and no pressure to have unnecessary treatment from the very compassionate vets. Special mention for Vets Lorna, Lucy and Anna who looked after our very poorly dogs with such care and dignity recently. Thank you all.

   I had heard good things about Kirkton Veterinary, and I wasn't disapointed, they where most helpful, kind, and respectful to my dog. Whom I had only had for a few days, they checked him over. Unfortunately, my dog was a little over excited and wet the flour, but that was dealt with by the vet, and we moved on without making a fuss. I was given good advice, and my dog was happy to visit the surgery. I will be taking him back again in the future, I would be pleased to recommend Kirkton to anyone.

   All of the staff there were very attentive, the wait time was not too long. Sometimes they have problems with the phone line, just keep trying. Place is clean and vets are kind. My cat is a shy but vocal one but they were very patient with her, which I truly appreciate.

   We had an emergency visit on Christmas day after the kitten decided that she wanted some Christmas cake. Phoned the emergency line and was seen 15 minutes later. Was updated through every step of the process, she was given the best of care and I was completely satisfied that she had been well looked after. Were understanding with lag in insurance which was so generous. They have a customer for life and I won't think of ever going elsewhere after the amazing care they showed me and Iris.
