   Now I've used Stuart at Charles Richards I wouldn't use anywhere else. There are not enough words to sum up Stuarts excellent, friedndly and knowledgeable service. He helped picked suits for me and my groomsmen for my wedding day. It took only a few visits to get us all looking fantastic in well fitting suits. Stuarts communication was second to none. He also went out of his way to send a message on the morning of my wedding which really was appreciated.

   I have used Stuart at Charles Richard twice. The first time to hire our wedding suits and when I decided I needed a new suit. Both times we have been impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Also appreciated the advice given based on his extensive knowledge and experience. The suit is an excellent fit and really pleased with the quality and would not hesitate in recommending anybody to visit this company.

   I only needed to visit Charles Richard twice; once to find a wedding suit, and then again to pick it up once the trousers had been adjusted. That's all it took, because Stuart is truly an expert who not only knows what a person needs in a suit, he also knows how to meet and excede his customers expectations. I walked in the first time simply to browse his stock and get an idea of the kind of suit I could see myself in. It took less than five minutes for Stuart to bring me some choices based on my very limited descriptions, and only five minutes more to put together the entire outfit that I'd end up wearing for my wedding. You could not ask for better service, and if anybody I know is looking for a new suit, I'll be giving them the number of Charles Richard.

   Stuart provided a pair of matching wedding suits for myself and my brother which both fit perfectly despite us having dissimilar statures. Having visited several stores, I felt that Stuart was the most friendly and welcoming whilst also very knowledgeable and exacting. I was impressed with his high standards and work ethic and he was able to provide me with the suits I needed in quite a short timeframe. He answered any questions I had and it was clear that he was very invested in me being happy with the final product which I very much appreciated. My wife was very happy with the suit as well which was most important. If you need a suit for a wedding, or any other occasion, I would recommend visiting Charles Richard.

   I went to Charles Richard's for my wedding suits after visiting 1 shop before, and although the choice is pretty much the same across the board for hired suits, it was Stuarts professionalism that had me sold. The service was second to none, and although I was a bit fussy about what I wanted, Stuart offered advice on what would be best, and the finished result was absolutely spot on, there was plenty of communication and he was always there to help when i wasn't sure about anything, the suits fit spot on for all 7 of us and we had plenty of time to change should we of needed to if something didn't fit right. All in all the service was fantastic, Stuart was fantastic and i cant recommend Charles Richard enough. I will definitely be back and look forward to it.

   I walked into Charles Richards after already going to 3 other shops before hand. I hadn't booked an appointment because I did not know you needed too. Stuart iterated to me that he was far too busy for me to just walk in and have a fitting. What he did next sums up this man. He went over to his diary and showed me that there was absolutely no chance that he could see me that day. I said that I understand and will come back. Stuart then said, 'Yes you will, you will come back today. I will see to you instead of having dinner" The guy has so much passion and wants to make everything for you perfect. He didn't push me or try and keep me in the shop or even try to sell me anything. What he did was, give me the best experience a groom could ask for when suit shopping. I gave Stuart an idea of what i wanted and also a colour to match the wedding theme and he gave me exactly that. He used his experience and gave me advise with the whole thing. Stuart told me when I needed to come back for more fittings which he booked in and worked it all around me. He also gave me reminders nearer the time. He went above and beyond every time I came back for me and the three others that wore the same suit. I walked away from the three other shops not disappointed but not happy. I walked away from Charles Richards very happy and very excited. Such a nice, genuine man. I believe I even made a friend out of the experience which I will never forget. Will never ever go anywhere else for a suit.
