Plenty of Parking spaces outside. Drive through always available. I got a drink in with my wife. Pleasant spacious environment.
Visited on the 10th Nov for a post gym coffee. Ordered my Grande Latte to drink in only to have it served in a paper cup. When asked to transfer the beverage to a proper mug, I was told there was no clean cups available. Looking around the shop, there were 11 other customers besides myself. 4 of which were also drinking from paper cups. Surely Starbucks must have more than 7 cups. Were the staff just too lazy to wash them so opted to use paper cups instead which could be easily discarded. All 4 members of staff were stood behind the counter with arms folded, gossiping about only knows what. A very poor experience, should have nipped across the road to Costa.
Went to Starbucks for a treat for grandchildren. Order like 20 pounds of drinks and cakes then went to pay cash and was told card only what a disgrace not taking real money
It was awesome! My daughter loved her babyccino so much—she said it was worth more than 5 stars! Chris made the best babyccino ever and was super nice, smiling at all the kids.

2 price increase in 6 months. Starbucks should be ashamed. The only positive is the staff. STAFF = 100% Perfect, polite and very professional. Starbucks = at best -1. Costa is cheaper. Mcdonald is cheaper
Looks like Drive through only but also seating area. Had to wait a bit but staff deserve 10 Stars, never seen Starbucks staff work so hard, looks quite a challenge with Drive through and cafe side. Well done, hope you get the credit you deserve.
Being an avid tea drinker I know a good brew when I have one. The actual drinks (friend had a mocha) we're really good (although overpriced). The customer service on the other hand was atrocious, young lady was pleasant but the gentleman had an attitude, literally slung our tray of drinks across the counter as he was more interested in talking on his headset.
