Serene spot with good food and ok service. It is an always student filled area and full of diversity. However, food are too small and expensive with not enough options for both drinks and snacks.
Expensive for students and not even a good range of products
The coffee isn't amazing (as is most of the coffee available in university cafes) but the food selection is better than other university cafés. They have hot food available around lunch, such as curry etc. The seating area is spacious and modern. It makes a good place to meet with other, such as working on group projects. Definitely one of the nicer university cafés.
Not enough choice of snacks and they are too small and expensive. You can find a 22g bag of crisps for £1.20 but I would need to eat at least 3 to feel like l've eaten something.
Pasties here are great. Price is also great compared to others. Only trouble is that they only make so many, if you're not quick they are often sold out. The vegetable samosas is also nice but not as good value as their pasties.
