    I went into Brown's today to look at the foundations on The Estee Lauder department. I was served by Sarah who was so lovely. She was really patient and not pushy whatsoever. I couldn't decide whether to purchase one, however Sarah kindly gave me some samples to try at home. She made me feel really comfortable and when I do decide I'll definitely go back to her. I really hope she receives this review and that she is recognised for her customer service.

    Excellent customer service today in Browns, friendly, polite and staff knew their product range well, Clarins lady and the perfume counter (lady with a liverpool accent )both were lovely, approachable, knowledgable, offered other ideas when I was not sure. A lovely shopping experience !

Massively grateful for the help and recommendation for accessories - perfect choice which I wouldn’t have thought of! You don’t get that kind of knowledge and expertise online do you.     This store is not big but fits your needs. It has many counter-brand cosmetics and fancy stuff for males and females, such as Coach, Guess, Kipling etc. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There are two floors; cosmetics, bags, and lingerie were the ground floor. The first floor has clothes from various brands and the cafe as well
