I went into the store today to do an exchange on a Christmas present that didn’t fit properly. The staff were more than helpful, very patient, kind and friendly. Hannah was lovely and even took the time to show me the bigger sizes available in store. Lovely atmosphere, great prices and fabulous staff, credit to the store.
Good shop came in a week ago, Good staff young guy helped me find what i needed and a black haired girl helped me out too will be back again soon lovely staff
Absolutely shocking! I’m not somebody to leave a bad review, but the staff here were absolutely appalling!! I’d love to know who is managing a place like this. Disgraceful. This place needs new staff and management in my opinion.

Im always in this place their woman's jumpers and t-shirts are very comfortable.
These clothes are an expensive brand but you won't find them cheaper anywhere else as far as I know.
It's a great shop to buy Superdry brand clothing, however be warned, as it is Superdry, it's quite expensive. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.
Tried to return an item bought in Belfast store only to be told that they don't accept returns from other stores. Nowhere is this stated on till receipts or at counter. Most unhelpful boy at cash desk
