   Ian, the Deputy Manager, was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. He really went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed for my pet. It’s clear he cares about both customers and animals, which made the whole experience so much better. A real asset to the Pets at Home team!

   Used groom room. Haven't been there for a while but found staff friendly & helpful. Feel like they looked after my boy as he was just sitting and waiting for me, not put in a cage or anything, which I personally don't like. They did a good job as he was in serious need of a groom.

   Great shop for nearly all of your pets needs. I say nearly, simply because it's one of their smaller stores so they can't stock everything, but they're always quick to offer ordering in items for you. Heather has helped me on each of my 4 visits and I can help honestly say she is an asset to the store, very knowledgeable, helpful & more than happy to go out of her way to help you find anything, as well as knowing an excellent amount about the store, food options & nutrition your pet may be needing in their diet. I'm certain all the associates at the store are helpful & know enough in general and I'm sure some specialise in certain areas.

   Dale I think his name was amazing gave me some great tips about bedding and how my Guinea pigs behave and what that means. But also was very friendly and polite,and also helped sort out my bonus card and gave me some money off which i missed out on when i first bought my Guinea pigs from the cambridge store. The metal excersize area I bought online.

   St Neots Pets at Home Store Staff are consistently fantastic, the Managers within the organisation need to know that. The staff are very approachable, nothing is too much trouble, they deal with queries thoroughly even though it can be very busy there. On numerous occasions staff member Heather has assisted us, her customer service has been superb throughout - thank you Heather. I do hope you can progress within the company to reward staff who offer such a high level of service such as yourself. A great staff customer service. Pets at Home are very fortunate to have staff like that.

   All the staff are super friendly and helpful. When we take Hugo there they spoil him with attention and treats and he just doesn't want to leave. He sulks when we get back home. Pets at Home, St Neots, Hugo misses you!
