Extremely poor customer service from the sales department. Was looking to get roughly 50 shirts and 50 half-zips for a soccer clubs academy teams. Been 6 weeks trying to get 4 sizes of samples sent out with no response. Will no recommend to anyone else either.

I'm dropping 1 star because of the delivery time. It was delivered before the said date, which yes, is good but it was 5 weeks delivery time. On the plus side, they are one of very few companies that will cater for just a few items at a time. The embroidery was excellent, the shirts we received are excellent quality. Their website is easy to navigate and a great selection of clothing. This was our 3rd order from them and will be ordering again. It's like being a kid waiting for Christmas for the delivery, it can't come quick enough!
Phoned the company RE a mistake in an order they sent me. They were very rude and unhelpful on the phone and wouldn't admit their own mistake with the order. Shocking behaviour. Avoid this company there are many great Irish companies like this that are more deserving of your business.
We ordered workwear from cuchulainn sportswear and we were very unappy with the results and the service. The stiching on our company logo was shoddy and they somehow managed to spell our company name wrong. We raisef these issues with them and were told to "F" off basically. Absolutely apalling attitude to customer service.

Excellent customer service, Imelda is great to deal with. Sizes are true. Quality of clothing is excellent & embroidery work is perfect. Fantastic value for money will definitely use this company again.
