My son has had his feet measured here several times now and the staff have always been very welcoming and helpful. Good variety of shoes in a clean and well-organised shop.
Brought my 5 year old son for school shoes, he's got autism and the assistant was thorough and was happy double check sizes/widths when we weren't sure as one of my sons feet is a bit bigger than the other.
Just had our little one in for her first fitting & first "proper" shoes. The sales associate there was extremely professional and friendly, and so patient when little one wanted to kick about during the measuring! She was very thorough with the fitting, making sure the shoes we chose fit LO's feet correctly and that she could walk in them comfortably. Will no doubt be back next week when LO outgrows these shoes and needs more haha! Amazing service 10/10
Not impressed at all with staff and lack of choice very poor having feet measured by a trainee And selling us a 4 g when in fact a 3.5 h was needed! £55 for school shoes very disappointed ☹️ shoes now hurting feet and they don't care!!

Won't warranty a pair of LEATHER shoes 2 days old from wiping off some crisp crumbs. Paid £30 for toddler shoes Absolute con merchants. Supposed to be the best quality going but they are no better than primarks
Very helpful and knowledgeable young lady helped to fit our 15 month old up with lovely shoes. Very kind and patient with him. We also learned that we can take shoes that he had grown out back for recycling.
