My 2 pooches were at Pet Hotel whilst I was on holiday. I always use Jo for them, she is highly experienced and I can go away knowing they will be well looked after . Both of them had fantastic time as usual and collected 2 very happy pooches Highly recommend

Our dog has come home after his second stay at Lumphanan Pet Hotel and we would highly recommend here to anyone. He has been well looked after and we have felt really confident leaving him with Jo and the team. On his first stay, Jo really helped us out as he needed to go to the vet a couple of times for an issue he had prior to his stay and she kept in contact with us and gave us detailed updates on how he was doing. We will definitely be booking him in for future stays at Lumphanan Pet Hotel where we know he will be well cared for.
One star is too much!!! This was our dog’s first experience of a Dog Hotel / kennels. Picked up my poor pup today, after a 6 night stay. They acted although they didn’t know I was picking her up today. She was filthy, skinny, jittery and depressed. None of which she was when she arrived. Even though they stated she would be bathed by the time we picked her up, she was not. The response was they didn’t think she would cope with a bath. No, it was just pure neglect of our dog. We thought that this would be a good place for our dog, this is definitely not the case with this place. I would highly encourage you to go elsewhere for your dog’s sake. They are just out for the money and have very little concern about the dogs in their care. Reply to your excuses- A pre stay event was not offered, also when dropping off you were made aware if you had any concerns about Skye to call us and we would come and get her. You were also told that Skye would be picked up at about 1200 Today. This should have been recorded. You are supposed to be a dog trainer with years of experience. When the guy said he was putting a slip lead on her, no wonder she got upset. She is only used to her harness which had been provided but not used. We would appreciate a refund of the service we paid for but didn’t receive, as per the email. Yvonne McDonald
This was our Cockapoo Harry's first experience of kennels. We started with an overnight stay. He settled well into his new surroundings. We will be booking him in for a number of stays before our holiday in 2024. Jo put us and Harry at ease. The kennels were very clean and tidy and in beautiful surroundings. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lumphanan Pet Hotel.
Jasper and Abbie love coming here for a wee holiday - to the point the dogs don’t want to come home! Jo is very professional, knowledgable and ensures the dogs welfare is top priority. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
My dogs have just returned from a long stay at Lumphanan Pet Hotel where they had to stay a while as our house was flooded & we were unable to find somewhere to live that allowed multiple dogs. It was a very stressful time however knowing that they were being well looked after by Jo was such piece of mind, she has a wealth of knowledge & experience when it comes to dogs. The kennels are clean, spacious and the dogs are walked in stunning surroundings, it’s definitely a home from home for the dogs. Thanks Jo for taking such good care of the gang.
We were very apprehensive about leaving our 15 month old Black Lab in kennels for the first time, as she is very 'high energy', and is used to spending all her time with us. However, we needn't have worried - although pleased to see us on our return, I think she would have been quite happy to stay longer with Jo, judging by the way she followed her around, tail wagging furiously! We certainly won't worry so much next time.
Our 2 Pugs spent 9 nights at Lumphanan Pet Hotel. The kennels are super clean and warm and they came back very happy and relaxed. Jo was great , professional and very caring towards the pugs. Very happy to recommend
