Customer service was spot on! A suspected faulty battery was replaced even though it wasn’t their responsibility. Can’t fault the service in any way!

Order was ready for collection. Wen I went to collect wasn't ready so had to wait for all items to be gathered together around 10 min for oil and filter. In the end I was charged extra 5 pounds for charity without warning and without yo be asked. Over all first and last visit
Needed a new battery for my car, saw one advertised online for £144.36, but when ordered in store was charged £161.81. Apparently the cheaper price is only for online AND click and collect orders??? What difference does it make if I order for click and collect or just walk in when it’s in stock. First and last time I used GSF…
Reserved my part, waited a few days, went to collect and they said they couldn't give it to me at the discounted price anymore and that they had returned it to stock. Paid full, went home and got an email the next day reminding me to pick up my parts at the discounted rate. I think they just wanted to charge me full price, despite having the part in and my invoice for the discounted rate. Thanks for that.
