   I love animals so it’s a lovely place to visit even if you aren’t looking to buy anything, i come here often to look at the reptiles and small animals. I do buy things for my animals here though and have considered purchasing animals from here before, i only didn’t because someone bought it before me not because there were any problems. There’s a great range of products for exotic animals and i even found some trixie products here which are near to impossible to find in the uk. The staff are also lovely and helpful and great at informing you about proper animal care.

   Lovely place to take the kids for a FREE day out. Since I last went, there are a lot more signs up to say dont touch the fish/water which is fine if your kids are good. They still enjoyed it. Lovely place

   Great shop that has lots in it for post pets. Really call for your child. Little bit of a zoo. Not that suitable for a pram but it was cool to look round. (I didn't use a flash for my photos)

   Nothing is too much trouble for these lovely people. Becky has been absolutely fantastic, she has been so helpful, don’t honestly know what I would have done without her, she came out in her own time one evening to put me a ceramic heater in my tortoise viv. Thank you so much Becky for all your help over this last week. Animaltastic you are so lucky to have somebody like Becky she really does love her job and really cares. Thank you so much.

   This is one of the best pet shops around. So much here from Parrots to Snakes. They also baby sit some animals if you go on holiday.

   Loads of pet supplies, very knowledgeable staff. I love that you can visit all of the animals and donate to help support the place. Kids really loved the interactive parts and pet information. Finally, the armadillo were adorable!
