   Ordered shoes online and when I got them home and opened them it was 2 different shoes. Took them back to the store and collected a second pair that I ordered online. Second pair had clearly been worn with scuff marks on the sole and creases in the shoe around the toe area. Staff are clearly not checking their stock, poor standard of service and a real let down.

   Picked up my click and collect order, came with no packaging or bag and rude member of staff refused to give me a carrier bag.. Please teach your staff some customer service skills!!!

   Terrible customer service. I was trying to purchase an item from the home department and stood for 10 minutes where I was ignored by three staff members who where more concerned about getting the click & collect parcels for other people. No one manning the tills all upstairs only serving click & collect people. I left my items down and then as I walked around the stairs someone shouted at me from across the room, ‘I’ll serve you now’. No thanks after being ignored. Will not be back.

   Customer service really bad. Received a email to say my parcel had arrived in store, received another email to say it was to be collected today. Went into store to discover that my item had been sent back on 3 days earlier. I work in customer service myself and know mistakes can be made but the way the manager handled it was a disgrace. Didnt acknowledge that a mistake had been made even though we know there was. Didn’t try to help to re order it. I don’t normally complain but the manager needs to go on a customer service course. Really poor service. I won’t be back and I’ll close my next account.
