The guys at Havant were great, my old car flew through its MOT with a couple of advisories and it was free, so no complaints from me. I guess it helps to have a full service and MOT check on the same day or day before, as I did.
Very easy booking system and polite, efficient, professional and friendly staff at Halfords Garage Services (HAVANT). Parking no problem. Very impressed with Andy and Tom , staff on front desk, who made my day when they did not charge me for the work; plus I had peace of mind about the safety of driving my car on the long journey I had planned for the weekend.
Had a wonderful experience at Halfords. The front of house team were so friendly and kind. Ethan was especially helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 customer service definitely recommended :)
What a pleasant experience. I needed replacement tyres, and from initial query to completed job the whole time I was kept fully informed. I thought the reception staff were very knowlegible, professional, friendly and helpful.
Trevor from the garage helped us to fix an issue in our car. The garage team was also very helpful and very responsive in helping the customers. Please keep up the good work and spread smiles as you did with us :) - coffee machine, clean and near restroom facility is also available in the garage.
My tail light broke Friday night, and I called them first thing Saturday. Even tho they where busy the looked at my car as I wouldn't of been able to drive back to Manchester that night.. greatly appreciated
Terrible every time pretty much, staff are absolutely clueless, couldn't give me a price for a steering Gaitor, told me they couldn't do wheel alignment, went to get tyres done that I ordered and they weren't in so wasted hours, staff just shrug at you, they have absolutely no idea, they're there to rip you off and rag your car around behind the shop. One good experience with a free steering check but also my Mum had brakes done here and steering Columb, brakes failed at roundabout just down road from the shop and had a crash after paying for them to be done. Don't bother going there.

Despite the guys being short staffed they still not only managed to fit me in but also has the work done very quickly. All of the work was explained to me and they had even showed me the parts that needed replacing and why. Good value for money and a good team !
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledge. They called and offered an earlier appointment for my Full Service & MOT when they realised there was a slot available as well as informing me about the Halfords Brakes For Life service and transferring it to my new vehicle. Great all around service and staff.
