Great place to train the coach really knows his stuff easily accessible for most people the lads who go are friendly and will help with any questions and the training is second to none all round great class can only recommend
Cant reccomend this place enough! Suitable for all abilities from beginners to advanced. Both of my daughters, myself and my husband go here and we love it. I had no experience at all when i first came here but all the guys here are very welcoming and accommodating with a real sense of belonging. Mark is a brilliant coach and we wouldn't go any where else!
Highly recommend for both beginners and experienced. Mark the coach is very knowledgeable and a good guy to top it off. The other members are friendly and helpful.
