Booked In for free brake check as could feel juddering when applying brakes. They saw me ahead of booked appointment and quickly determined issue. Showed me corrosion on my discs as cause of issue and gave option to rectify. Beat price of quotes locally by some way and could amend then and there. Parts stocked and quickly worked on vehicle. Kept informed throughout and very reasonable cost. Very pleased customer
Sadly my exhaust feels off my car. The guys at Portsmouth were able to help that day. They went above to find an exhaust for my car. The work was done quickly. And I'm very pleased with the work. I will return if needed. I had also previously has a MOT done. It was quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait all day like some iv been to. They were all very friendly and helpful. I will be returning.
I have used this branch several times in recent months for MOT and tyres. Kieran and his team are top notch, very helpful and friendly. The Tracking needed a tweak a week after they did my new tyres and tracking and they took it back in same day I called and sorted it out. Will be taking my car back soon for a service and new brakes. Sort of good service you’d expect from a friendly local garage. Recommended.

Went in for 4 tyres, dropped the car off in the morning and left 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying my metal dust caps has bonded to the valves on all four tyres and that they can’t get them off. I went back to the garage to try and get them off myself and between the three of us we managed to get three off so that left one that couldn’t come off. I discussed how much it would be and they explained this is not something they can fix. So I contacted another garage that deals with TPMS sensors so they could repair it. Because of the team at ATS Portsmouth being so helpful and above and beyond this quite big mess up only ended up costing me £20 rather than £150 per tyre. They really went above and beyond, everyone I spoke to was very well spoken and professional. I will definitely be back in the future. I would say lesson learned, don’t put cheap metal dust caps on your vehicle…
I'm CHANGING MY SCORE TO 5 STARS from 4 after making a second visit this year to the portsmouth store. After a brief chat with Kieran my problem was fixed within 15 mins this was after a failed visit to my local Ford Dealership. All I can say is a big thankyou again for sorting out my car.

Bought a set of 4 tyres online . Booked a 1330 tyre fitting slot . Arrived 1300 to check the tyres were in stock . Car went on the ramp at 1310 . Drove out fitted 1430 . Only one fitter working on the day . A Tuesday . No ten point check . But hey with the Michelin promotion at the moment the tyres were well priced . Hopefully I’ll get the Lego kit too .
I can't recommend highly enough the team here! Had a cracked alloy wheel. Went to two other local garages who could not help me and one of the garages recommended to go to ATS to get this sorted. This was my first experience using the ATS and I've received a brilliant service from going to ATS to check availability/getting booked in to getting the new alloy fitted. The staff and service was professional with excellent customer service from all members of staff I met. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future. Thank you
