   I cannot speak highly enough of the service I and my wife have received over the last 18 years from Olly, Jack and Pauline with problems with our Mercedes, a c200 and for our E220. They are always extremely helpful, and will often drop what they are doing to take a look, diagnose or even fix a problem. They are always polite, and especially efficient. Their prices are reasonable and I have the satisfaction of knowing that they always use genuine parts. Thank you so much for all your help, it is appreciated. I would not go anywhere else!    After taking my car to 2 Mercedes specialists and a gearbox specialist and still being left with an issue, Olly offered his services through a Mercedes forum. Although 4 hours away I thought, why not and I am so glad I did. Within the first day of it being their Olly and the team diagnosed and pin pointed the issue, while it was there some additional work was needed as well but communication from them was excellent. Explained each issue in detail and the correct fix and cost of it as well. A lot of companies claim to care about customer service but when it comes to it, it just ends up being hollow words but not at PCS. You can tell and feel that Olly, Pauline and the team genuinely want the best for their customers and their cars. Also extra shout out to the delivery driver they recommend, Dan at Auto Haul, great coms throughout and very flexible which was great. If you have a Mercedes take it here, it's a no brainer.

   I have recently used Prestige Car Service to service my pride and joy Mercedes SL400. When it comes to my car I am a bit of a stickler. Having made enquiries at my main dealer I felt the prices were extremely high. I went online and looked in my area to see who else was available. There were quite a few who said they were specialist but on inspection I felt some were not. Then I found PCS. From start to finish their customer relations was exceptional. I explained exactly what I wanted and they soon provided an estimate of cost and availability. I booked my car in and dropped it off. I used their loan car which was hassle free then received a call to say it was ready. Need I say anymore. I would highly recommend this company and would like to mention Pauline and Olly for looking after me and my money.    Used this company for the first time this year and they exceeded my expectations saved my wife’s Clk from the scrap yard ! Over the year we have had a couple of problems that I thought would spell the end yet both times the car was fixed and returned same day for under £200 the stand out thing on a personal level is communication I always email my problem then the reply I get gives me a date and time to take the car, this is our first and old Mercedes I only bought it on the off chance but now we use PCS the day we need a new car it will be another Mercedes as having a reliable company in times of need makes it the perfect car, more so the service we get I’ve been confident to recommend other people to use them also

   These guys have been looking after my 2007 CL600 for 18 months now and they're brilliant. Pauline is amazing when booking the car in, and Olly and the team are super knowledgeable and always helpful. They've even helped me order non-mechanical parts. Main thing is their pricing is excellent compared to main dealer. And they genuinely care - you're not just someone else through the door, as they organise other events to support local charities.
