Amazing service from the guys here, same day service for an MOT and even managed to do the repairs and get my daughter’s car back to her the same day! Will absolutely use them again! Thanks again to everyone at Kwik Fit Gosport!
Just turned up to the Gosport kwick fir 10 minutes early for a 10am appointment only to be told running 45 mins to hour behind and the reason was it's because we have to keep stopping to answer the phones so people who have a booking have to wait or rearrange maybe it's worth having someone answering phones rather than expecting customers who have booked and arranged there day around a BOOKING . Now have to go back at 1.30pm eating into my day to facilitate your lack of customer care of my time.if I go back at 13 30 and get told running behind I will go elsewhere.not happy
I found my tyre punctured on Sunday 28th Sept, and the RAC provided a temporary fix that day. They advised me to contact KwikFit for a replacement. I called the Gosport KwikFit branch, and Jim was very helpful, asking me to come in the following morning. Ben was fantastic—he explained everything clearly and arranged for the replacement tyre through the Motability Scheme. There was a complication because Peugeot hadn’t provided a locking wheel nut, which led to quite a bit of back and forth between Peugeot and Motability. Despite this, Ben handled everything calmly and professionally, and eventually the nuts were welded off and replaced on Friday 3rd Oct. Ben provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, even when unexpected issues came up. His clear communication, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. He’s a real credit to KwikFit and the Motability Scheme.
Kwik Fit Gosport are absolutely outstanding. Very professional and they went above and beyond to help me. Every member of staff I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and amazing – you really couldn’t ask for better service. Another branch had messed things up, and the area manager redirected me here. I’m so glad they did, because the team at Gosport completely turned things around and made sure everything was sorted properly. I received excellent service from the moment I arrived. Dorian went over my requirements and carried out an inspection of my vehicle, from this he then gave me some useful suggestions to ensure my requirements were all met. Once the work was completed, Dorian again explained what had been done and reviewed the results with me.
Very happy. I had my MOT completed within an hour. No fuss no unexpected problems or made up issues. Will use again. Great staff!
I needed a new headlight light bulb and the job took much longer as the previous bulb was inserted very firmly making it I very hard to remove. The technician had to remove the engine cover, but he did it without hesitation and it was at the end of the day on a Sunday so he stayed over the close time to get it complete which I was very appreciative for.
A quick and efficient diagnosis, was made, of an air leak, between the near-side front tyre and the wheel rim. While the work was being carried out, I was made comfortable in the waiting room. On completion, of the work, I was shown the problem and given advice on how to overcome the said air leak.
I was glad to have my car back after a week and relieved as it cost half what I was told BUT the stress I'd had in the 6 days trying to find 870! No contact no reassurance given didnt know if id be car less for a week or a year, despite repeatedly explaining that I needed my car as my disabled daughter relies on me for her mobility issues. Plus the man i was dealing with was snarky to the point of being quite rude.
