   I have just returned from an excellent experience at Unique Pets. I was looking to find a harness for our mature corgi. The corgi shape is not the most easy to accommodate and we tried numerous variations of a range of harnesses. The staff were so patient and helpful and we left with a harness that our dog liked, fit him surprisingly well (one of the staff members actually figured out how to alter it especially for him) and it cost a fraction of what I was prepared to spend. All in all, a great experience and I can't recommend them highly enough.

   I recently purchased a Perfect Fit harness from Unique Pets, the staff could not have been more accommodating, they were just brilliant!! I have an over excited dog and I didn't want to risk having the fitting done in the warehouse around other dogs, people and where he could potentially run away from me, I explained this to the staff who said, "that's no problem, we can used our office come on in"! Not only were they super helpful, understanding, knew the product and how to fit it properly, they are all genuinely very nice and knowledge people. Thank you to all at Unique Pets who made our visits and fittings stress less and a really good experience.

   I was a complete novice moving my dog to Raw. The staff have been fantastic, extremely informative and very patient. Not only was I enquiring about the actual food itself but package recycling and real practical questions around traveling with Raw food. Feel very confident now. Great range of products and great staff! Thanks for making the transition so much easier.

   An amazing business run by amazing people - you can see they really care and are absolutely passionate about their customers - both the owners and their pets. Their knowledge is second to none and they offer a total wellbeing solution for happy, healthy pets - from nutritional advice and supply of the best food (particularly raw) to training and socialisation. They've adapted brilliantly well to our changing world over the last 12 months with an excellent online service but we can't wait to be able to pop in any time again and also attend some of their brilliant classes.

   Unique pets is amazing !! As first time puppy parents their help and knowledge has been priceless. They are always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble, their advice has been invaluable. They have a fantastic range of raw foods and everything you could need and won’t sell you anything you don’t !! I would definitely recommend to everyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
