Have used Segensworth Autos now for approx 20 years. Always helpful and professional, always have subsequent owned cars serviced there. Just had an overheating problem on current car after breaking down. Took car in on Mon, fault diagnosed as water pump, replaced and had car back Wed. Really pleased as always, first class.
I went to this business for a brake malfunction on my car. The problem was only with the brake disc on the left wheel sticking and locking. They replaced the brake caliper, brake pads, and both left and right brake discs. They billed me 327 pounds, but the problem still wasn't resolved. So I went back to the business and told them the problem wasn't resolved. Surprisingly, they booked me for a week later. This time, they told me the brake hose needed to be replaced, and it would cost 119 pounds. I'm not at all satisfied with the service they provided. I don't recommend it.
I've used segensworth for many years. They are very helpful completing work well and to a high standard. I dealt mainly with Nadiar today on reception she went out of her way to keep me informed and arrange follow up work on the car. Much appreciated. the garage is also near to the x5 bua route which is handy if you leave the car there.
We , have been, using this garage for over 15 years. The staff are always very helpful and excellent at communicating. The works carried out on our cars are to a very high standard. I highly recommend these guys. If you want an honest , reliable and cost-effective garage.

I had an issue with my head lights and contacted SA who I had used previously. They were so helpful and fitted me in straight away resolving my issue and were friendly and professional throughout.
I had an engine management light come on on new years day along with a drop in power rough running .SA managed to fit me in at short notice on the first day back, and managed to complete the repair in time for me to drive home from work on the same day. I couldn't be more impressed, and am happy to have found my new go-to place for anything car related. Thanks guys, it really is appreciated!!
I had my Smart Fortwo serviced and MOT'd here, Reg LV65GWJ and when I collected the car from them, the dashcam had been disabled with the wires and jackplugs dangling down, the Satnav had also been disabled and needed rebooting, , why was that necessary?? There was a stain on the drivers seat and filthy paper mats in the footwell. Me and my wife have used this company for years, but, sadly, no more Also there was an issue with a corroded number plate bulb holder which I was not advised about. If I was I would have asked them to replace it
I am really impressed with this auto centre. I have had both my Motorcycle and Car Mot carried out here this year and have been more than impressed. Very honest and reliable with very good pricing. I certainly won't be looking elsewhere anymore and will definitely be recommending.
