   Initially had an issue with deliveries, however they apologised and since then I have had no issues whatsoever. They're super quick, quality products and great selection.

   Ordered the wrong coloured Vivarium, attempted to rectify my mistake within 30 minutes of the order by email, phone call and social media messaging. They could not intercept the order so they advised me to refuse it with the courier so my husband did as he was home for delivery. I was told it would take 1-5 working days to refund from 16/12, no refund received. I escalated my concern and was told management would refund when the item was received back. No refund. Their contract exists with the courier, if the courier has lost the item they need to seek a refund through them. I have now paid twice for an item, having had to reorder the correct colour for my son’s Christmas present. I have emailed and they have ignored me. I will likely have to purse a chargeback through my bank and have also reached out to trading standards. Such a shame when reviews are mostly otherwise positive. All thy had to do was refund me to shut me up, now I shall leave negative reviews over every platform I can find.

   Have been looking at replacement doors for our Terranium. Could not get them anywhere other than wholesalers who wouldn't sell to me. Contacted these guys and Jamie went above and beyond to source the doors and get them sent out within two days. Fantastic service!

   It’s okay but not the best - I order live plants for my jumping spider enclosure and they’re nice but the soil is always all over the place by time it’s delivered to me and the plants are usually toppled over and upside down or squashed together which can damage the leaves. I’ve ordered 3 times as I thought maybe a one off but I notice it each time so will probably look elsewhere going forwards. Most recent order came with quite a lot of dead leaves and the plant was quite bare after trimming these away. The plants themselves are nice usually I just think the delivery care needs improving

   Really knowledgeable and helpful whether its you're own pets or one of their own( which are kept clean and healthy and clearly all took care of hourly basis let alone daily) they are more than willing to help you. Even if all you have came in for advice and not for anything else. They'll happily help as best they can and more than likely you'll come away knowing more than you did when you walked in! Definitely the place to go for reptiles!

   What a great place! So pleased I visited and a big thank you to the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sam for all the advise and recommendations for our two rescue tortoises. Sam even took the time to give them a thorough health check. We've made some changes to our set up and way we keep our tortoises and they are already happier and more lively and interactive. It's made such a huge difference to me knowing they are are being cared for in the most natural and suitable enclosure I can provide and also the valuable advise of separating the two different species. I came into the centre hoping for some help after visiting a few places closer to home and I'm so glad and grateful I found you guys, you are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and have set my mine at ease, highly recommend a visit here! Thanks again, we will be back!

   Excellent business. Staff are clearly not only knowledgeable, but also very friendly and really care for the animals they keep. Too often stores that keep livestock care more for profits than the animals wellbeing. This is not the case here, no corners are cut here just to save a quid (yet the prices are very competitive). I look forward to shopping here again!!! You know you are going to get a healthy and happily animal.
