Recieved a product two years past use date. I have logged query 1st July , still not resolved. In fact they just ignoring me now.
Ordered Runners at the start of July and after 2 weeks emailed and they couldnt find them and provided another option and another 3 weeks i still have nothing.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but this has been a bad experience. I ordered a running belt April 9th expecting it to arrive in a few days as per the website. At the end of April whoever their courier is supposedly tried to deliver to me multiple times but nobody came, I work from home and there was never any phone calls or any receipt left about the package or delivery attempts. The package was then sent back to the store automatically at the beginning of May and since then I have been chasing a refund, at first they would answer my email followups but now I haven't received a response in almost a month so I have filed a credit card dispute through my bank/Visa to get my money back. Seems like I am not the only one here who has experienced this type of problem.
SCAM! We were charged over £60 for spikes and never received our order. They are not answering phones or emails. Order ID 40334
I bought online about 3 weeks ago and I didn't receive a tracking number, still waiting on my package. The only thing I got was the payment receipt no.ID39923. I have been trying to contact them on every platform and I don't get any answer also none of the phones work. very convenient....
Only store to have the saucony runshield trainers I was looking for. Emailed them to check stock and heard back three days later. Ordered online and payment taken. Not sure if there is a website problem but didn't receive a confirmation email. A week later my trainers arrived and I'm delighted. In box, brand new, no issues with scuffs to the trainers etc. I'm a saucony regular and these are the real deal. Give this company a go! I'd give them five stars if they could fix the order confirmation and shipping notifications but maybe easier said than done. Cheers guys. Will come back to shop again. Good Day I had placed an ordered for a pair of Nike Gloves on the 6th of April in the year. I would receive a Id Number for my order which is ID38071 and later would also receive a tracking number UH 4754 1446 6GB.It is a month and I still haven't received anything. I tried to send an email but got no response. Just would like to know what's the update.
First time shopping with For Runners by Runners and in contrast to other reviews, my experience was seamless. Placed order on Wednesday morning and my new shoes arrived today (Thursday) just before 1pm. Product well packaged and regular updates regarding delivery, what’s there to complain about. Will deffo recommend and be using again.
