Picked up my Dr Marten bike boots and couldn't believe the amazing job Roxy Shoe Repairs has done. These boots are about 20 yrs old but I love them. Took them in because the zip was broken, which I thought would need replacing but amazingly they managed to repair it. The heels were worn to nothing and the soles hanging off but because they're Dr Martens I didn't think I would be able to get them fixed. I was wrong, obviously they're not Dr marten heels but they look very similar and match perfectly with the boots, look like new boots.
I left in my fairfax boots for a major repair. Fantastic service and boots are as good as new. Definitely be back again. Thank you so much.

I left in a pair of boots to get the sole reglued, they said it'll take a week. A week leter I went back and they weren't ready and they sais it'll be another week, so went back one more week later and they said they were ready. When they give me the boots back I looked at them and saw that one of the boots wasn't repaired at all and the other boot only part repaired. I said it to them and they said come back in an hour and they'll be ready. When I finally got the boots back I could see the workmanship was poor with gaps in the sole that wasn't glued. Just two days after I got the boots back the sole stated to come off again and on the third day it came off completely. Terrible service and workmanship.
