   The team at McCoubreys have offered simply exceptional service to us in relation to the purchase, delivery, and installation of an American-style fridge-freezer to our property, which was made incredibly complicated by the location of our kitchen on the first floor, which was made more complicated by difficult access at the top of a flight of stairs. A truly impressive standard of advice and assistance was offered throughout the process, from initial discussions about a suitable item, an approach to delivery, and during the delivery itself, with the delivery team going more than above and beyond to both remove the old appliance and deliver and install the new one. All of this is especially impressive given that every other supplier we contacted across the province (>10) refused delivery outright due to its technically challenging nature. This refusal was never an option for the team at McCoubreys, who had an incredible can-do attitude, throughout and were able to make things work where others didn't want to try. It's also worth mentioning that all of this was done at a better price than any of the other many suppliers that we contacted. In short, we've received an truly impressive service from McCoubreys, and I couldn't recommend them enough - the only problem I have is that I can't rate them higher than five stars!

   Bought a Samsung American FF from these guys which was delivered by Michael. Michael is a super nice gentleman, nothing was too much trouble. What seemed like an impossible task, to maneuver this very large appliance into my home, Michael done it with ease and a smile. If the world was made up of Michael's like this, it would be a wonderful world! Thank You.. ps I absolutely love my appliance!

   Bought a new dishwasher from this shop (16/7/24). Too soon to rate it but the delivery and installation was excellent. The men did a great job on a somewhat difficult installation, having to remove kickboards without damage. They were careful, diligent and thorough in putting it all back together ... and so far no problems. Thanks fellas.

   Ordered over the phone on Friday and had the fridge freezer delivered and installed on Monday before lunch. First class, friendly service from taking the order over the phone to the delivery and installation. The delivery driver was great, friendly and respectful of property.    Phoning to order a machine very easy , the staff friendly and efficient . Being given a time slot for delivery was beneficial and time saving. The delivery could not have been better.
