Another good experience at Shilliday Hardware. The staff are alway friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I managed to buy myself a pair of work books today.
This is 1 of those hardware stores you visit that have everything , right from a bar of beeswax soap to a fitting for a Belfast sink ( random I know, but I got 1 recently ) the guys are very helpful ,especially Maurice . They're not patronising to women , like me , who doesn't know the tech name for most DIY bits& bobs , they seem to know which thingamyjig I need for my job , will cut things to size ( which cuts down on the chances of me injuring myself ) . Parking out front and ample parking up back at main wood store .
Very good shop,plenty of stock and can buy nuts, bolts, washers, nails and screws loose by weight,good builders yard behind the main shop, competitive pricing, if they don't have it, it can't be got! Worth the drive up
