   I had to take some defective walking boots back that I’d bought on-line. After asking some reasonable questions and inspecting the boots I was offered a refund or replacement. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I took the replacement boots. Thank you Millets staff.

   Good selection of walking equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful with good knowledge about the product. The shop is small and there is a lot of stock so there is not a lot of space to social distance. The shop is dog friendly.
