   After an emergency call Jamie removed a loose and painful Implant bridge which was fitted 24 years ago by another dental practice. The pain stopped immediately and I look forward to the replacement of this bridge at No45.

   2 nights ago, a really nice gold crown that made me feel very fancy detached from its molar home. The next morning, I called one of the best reviewed dental offices in Chichester to see if they could help a crownless, dentistless traveler out. They said that they didn't have time for me, but told me that I 'should call number 45.' "Is that... a dental office," I asked a little confused? I was advised that it was, despite it sounding quite un-dental-office-like. The friendly receptionist at No45 managed to fit me in the same day, where I met Dr. Jamie. He offered me a friendly and warm welcome that helped to make "being at the dentist" a reasonably pleasant experience. His chair-side manner exuded both congeniality and professionalism. His communication conveyed, "Fear not, I know exactly what I'm talking about." Indeed, I opted to fear not. Sadly, the tooth to which the crown had previously been affixed had to go. I was quite certain of that even before I arrived for the appointment. We held a brief celebration of life for the molar that had enjoyed a long and useful life. Well, I held a brief celebration. Quietly, in my head. Lest the doctor find me a bit too weird. I returned to the office this morning for Dr. Jamie to deal with the end-of-life molar. He managed to pluck it from my face rather quickly. Both figuratively and literally, the procedure was thoroughly painless. I'm not sure that anyone can say that the need to make an emergency visit to a dentist is 'a nice experience', but these two visits were about as nice as one can hope for under the circumstances. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the work was efficient and without discomfort. I recommend visiting No45 should you find yourself suffering from pressing dental health concerns while visiting Chichester. I'm sure they're just as nice to locals who come for regular treatment, but I don't know anything about that, so I'm just going to stay in my lane. If you get Dr. Jamie, be sure to comment on the impressive size of his head. He quite enjoys hearing vocalized admiration for its girth and how impressive it is that he has the upper body strength to stay underneath that beast.

   Being the first visit for work on my teeth since moving to the area I was very nervous. Dr Mo Patel put me immediately at ease. He took a lot of care with the work and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I have been so pleased with the result, especially as they were front teeth. All the team are lovely and friendly with the addition of a lovely calming ambience. I would completly recommend this practice.
