Great atmosphere with very caring Dentists. I’ve had a check up and a hygienist so far. Not much but great service. Good value and a good plan.
I was referred here by 111 for an emergency appointment. The receptionist told me the NHS only covers 15 minute appointments and that I’d need more for my specific situation. I therefore paid £60 for a private emergency appointment. When I got to said appointment, the dentist repeatedly stabbed various points of my gums to ask which areas hurt the most then told me to buy Corsodyl. This appointment barely lasted 10 minutes and left me in more pain that I was in before. I sent an email to the practice explaining the situation and requested a refund. I was told my email would be forwarded to the practice manager so she could help me. This was weeks ago and no one has gotten back to me.
Dr. Eagle Stalnione and her staff are incredible people! The staff embraces you the moment you enter the office and the experience continues through the entire visit. Dr. Eagle has a gentle and kind manner in which she approaches her patients. We feel blessed to have found such expertise and superior customer service as we have through Damira West Street.

1st checkup in a long time and a lot of work needs to be done. The dentist Antonia was very gentle and explained the plan on starting my treatment. I’m a very nervous patient but she put me at ease about all the treatment needed. Would recommend
Took a while to get back to normal after covid, but Damira have at last arrived! New dentist, Laura, is brilliant. Along with her assistant they were really lovely. Had 2 fillings, felt very relaxed and calm. Thank you Laura!!
I've been with this practice for a very long time when it started out as West Street Dental, and I have nothing but praise for the staff who have always been professional, courteous, caring, and reassuring. My latest visit was no different. I was in for a molar extraction, so was a little apprehensive, but I needn't have worried. Dentist Hanna was brilliant and the procedure went smoothly, quickly, and surprisingly pain free. Thank you! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars this time is because there was clearly something odd with the check in system that morning, and I was seen more than an hour late.
Honestly I have never been to a dentist so calm and friendly before. Also the effort you put into the children made me smile so much. There’s doing your job then there’s loving it and going beyond for your patience’s. So glad you had space and I found you!
Fantastic service. Called at 8.45am for an emergency appointment for my daughter who had a deep infection behind her wisdom tooth, seen at 9.15 by the dentist and picked up antibiotics by 9.45. Even though we are not registered here the receptionist was sympathetic to the situation and helped sort out the appointment extremely promptly. Many thanks.
Laura has been fantastic. I booked in with her after having had some problems elsewhere, and the whole experience has been great. Nothing has been too much trouble, and the treatment plan was clear and well defined. The practice support team are friendly, and helpful. Really happy with my new smile, and can definitely recommend this practice.
