Took my rescue GSD to Ross and he immediately put me and my dog at ease. He took his time and in my opinion has perfected the art of grooming. One happy beautiful dog and even happier customer…. Thank you!!!
I went to get our dogs nails clipped as he wouldn't let us do it and he was very anxious. The owner was amazing and very quickly calmed him down. He took his time with him and paid attention to detail and in 11 years it's the best pedicure he's ever had. He was calm when he left and smelt amazing with the One Trillion aftershave ready for the ladies..:)
Ellie looked gorgeous after her" new doo"(first time) with Ross. She was also smelling very lovely and was happy with her haircut. Normally very itchy after having her haircut but not a bit this time. Thanks very much, you transformed her and she looks super cute.
Ross is a new groomer for my dog and did full groom for my Shih Tzu Boris, who has severe separation anxiety and was badly treated by a man before he came to live with me. Initially Boris was quite nervous and backed away but Ross took the time to make friends with him before his grooming session. I took in a somewhat scruffy little dog and collected a smart, well groomed happy dog. What a nice change from the very frightened shaking little boy I've often collected from other groomers ! I highly recommend Ross and will be returning regularly to keep Boris nice and smart.
This was my 2nd visit and he is always professional and great with my little lady! she can't wait to go back and play with his very patient doggy! and no razor lines in sight!
