Jacqueline does a great job with my nervous pooch Kali. She's been grooming Kali, who's cross lab & cocker spaniel, for about 4 years. Kali sheds a massive amount of hair so needs regular visits to keep her in check and she always comes back looking and smelling great! Highly recommend Soapy Tails :-)
Jacqueline at Soapy Tails Dog Grooming has been grooming my two monsters, every 8 weeks for the last 4 years or so. Jacqueline has always been great with my two (stubborn Scotty and a Schnauzer with separation anxiety...) always patient with them and the dogs always come back perfectly cut. Jacqueline even adjusts the cuts to seasons to ensure the pups are always happy! Wouldn't use anyone else.
I adopted two Romanian rescue dogs when they were 6 years old, and they had never been groomed. They desperately needed a groom, but had trust issues, and I was very nervous about how they would react to a groomer. Five years later, we go to Jacqueline regularly. She was so understanding about their fear, and over the years they have become much better about the grooming. Most importantly, I can tell that they feel better once they are all clean! We all love Jacqueline. She is attentive, thorough, and organised. The grooming room is immaculate. I’m so grateful to Jacqueline. We will be lifelong customers.

Our labradoodle puppy is particularly fluffy. Jacqueline has groomed her three times already, and she comes home looking like a million dollars every time. It must be difficult because Bailey is a very active pup and hardly ever sits still. We are excited to see what happens at her next grooming, when she will have her first ‘big girl’ cut. We recommend Soapy Tails most highly!
