   I recently bought my iPhone 17 from ITFix Parnell Street, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The phone wasn’t in stock at the time, but the team promised to let me know as soon as it arrived later in the week — and they did exactly that. Even though I live in Cork, choosing to do business with this store in Dublin was the best decision. Once I confirmed my purchase, the phone was shipped immediately and arrived the very next day through An Post. The service was impeccable from start to finish: clear communication, outstanding customer care, and all receipts and invoices sent to me within minutes of payment. Everything was handled remotely. Highly recommend!

   Needed work done to my laptop, when I presented computer they noticed that there was a settings issue and the laptop wouldn't boot . They sorted this out straight away, and done this for FREE. lots of places would have charged for this. These people are honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend without hesitation, and will deal with them again Thanks another.

   After visiting 9 other mobile repair shops that couldn't get a battery replacement for my phone, the resourceful people here were able to get one in an hour and replace the battery in another 30 minutes. They made sure to double check my phone number while I was in store so they could contact me when it was ready. The phone has some glue remnants from the work, but not a big deal. It's still early days, but so far the battery seems great. Will update if anything changes. Very happy!

   Last year, I had my iPhone battery replaced. Unfortunately, the new battery's lifespan was short, and it stopped holding a charge after only a couple of months. On a separate occasion, I also had the back glass of my phone replaced. I specified that I wanted a black or gray replacement. A technician asked me to return in an hour, and I provided my girlfriend's phone number for them to contact me when it was ready. However, they did not call, and when I arrived, my phone was disassembled, and they were holding a white replacement part, asking if that was acceptable. They had to retrieve a black part from another location, which added another 45 minutes to the process. A simple phone call would have saved everyone time and inconvenience; I was late for an appointment that day as a result. Despite these issues, the customer service was pleasant, and I found the prices reasonable. Improved communication and higher-quality batteries would significantly benefit their business.

   I took my Samsung S22 Ultra here to have the screen replaced. They assured me the new screen was original, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, I quickly noticed that the S Pen was no longer recognized by the phone after the repair. I went back to the shop, but they told me there was nothing they could do—even though they confirmed the screen was genuine. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse. Now the volume and power buttons are no longer working either. It’s really frustrating that the phone has developed more issues after the repair, and I haven’t been offered any real help to resolve it. I expected better quality service, especially when paying for what’s supposed to be an original part.

   Replaced my screen with a really poor quality generic that caused the screen to blank out. After returning it to get another replacement, the 'technician' deleted all my contacts and photos from the phone despite offering reassurances that it wouldn't happen.

   The screen showed a request for a PIN, my son had used to set up the phone with,..., years ago. Would he still know?! Far away on the Continent? I had my doubts.. "So, it will have to be set up anew.. all data erased!" - the network provider said. Since being in town, my tyre got flat, took to walking back. Came past this shop, where they would recover data (as advertised outside). So went in and asked. Nice person "Let's have a look.." Pressed volume & power button simultaneously...and...Trick 17! My phone turned ON! Thank you so much!

   Extremely overpriced! The Indian lad wanted to charge 1euro for 1 black and white printing! Thankfully found another place a couple of shops down and got my doc printed for 50cent. AVOID AT ALL COST! Owner's response doesn't justify the issue on over charging. It's not about the deal, it's about OVER CHARGING for a black and white printing! The response somehow proven how ignorant the owners is, no wonder they are so quiet compares to other shop on Parnell.

   That's the best phone shop that there's in Dublin. People who are very friendly and help you as much as possible, they have any phone that you'd like and any kind of thing that you would want. They have another shop that's as good as theirs on Capel Street.
