I’m usually easy to please, but the staff in this Poundland just aren’t helpful at all. There’s no effort made to assist customers — you’re left running around trying to find things on your own, and when you do ask for help, they barely point in the general direction. It really feels like customer service isn’t a priority here. This place definitely needs better staff training.”
