   Poor. Company Policy states either refund or exchange on unworn items but on return to the store, they would only offer a credit note or exchange. Item was unworn and still in “as new” condition as stated in the company policy on returning items. The Item I bought was overpriced compared to internet. I would rather buy local but seems there is no movement in their pricing or customer after sales.

   Visited this service on the strength of other reviews and was not disappointed. I phoned the guy up for an treadmill assessment. After the assessment he told me what he thought the best options were (there were two or three) and why. The owner came across as knowledgeable and confident in what he was saying, based on experience. At no time was there any pressure to buy a product nor was it recommended that I buy the most expensive option given. Based on my experience I would recommend this service to anyone.

   Recommended by both my brother's to go for a running (gait) assessment before purchasing some new running shoes. I was greeted by Andy, who undertook my assessment. He was exceedingly helpful, friendly and professional throughout. He explained to me what he was doing and answered my questions. Following the assesment he talked me through which type of shoe would be beneficial. The money for the gait assessment came off the retail price of the shoe I ended up purchasing, making it the most affordable anywhere firsthand, even on the internet. 100% would recommend even if you don't live in the local area or Hessle/Hull. Fantastic service from start to finish. I have a relatively high/neutral arch as per the thermal pressure map test before the assessment, and with Andy's recommendation went with the Hoka Arahi 6, with inner arch support - pictured.

   So disappointed with the service we received especially after reading all the good reviews. Went with my daughter who is having problems finding running shoes that don’t rub in the heel. Explained the issue & asked if she could have a an analysis on the treadmill. Was informed she didn’t need one, one pair of trainers suggested which she said didn’t feel right, no others suggested & didnt check out the fit etc. we had ask to see others but only advice offered was ‘you just have to get used to them’ We were both hoping to buy some new trainers but it felt very awkward and we felt like an inconvenience. We were really hoping for some knowledgable advice & support but left empty handed.

   Excellent service. had a chat about my knees etc and what type of running I was looking to do. Answered all questions with ease and we chatted about the various technology you find in running shoes and what was applicable to me. Ran for the first time in about 4 years today and no problems with my knee and felt comfortable, unfit but Humber runner cant help with that. Looking forward to bringing running back into my exercise. Thank you and I will certainly use you again and recommended highly.
