   We visited today for our 6-monthly family dental check-up, and the experience was outstanding. Shaeroz Raza, the dental hygienist, was absolutely excellent—very professional and extremely thorough. He explained everything clearly, outlining what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. He also carried out my wife’s dental hygiene treatment at the same time, and she said it was the best she has ever had. The procedure was done very swiftly, was far less painful than her previous experiences elsewhere, and the level of cleanliness and care was exceptional. The dental assistant and reception staff were amazing as well—friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. Overall, this was the best all-round experience we’ve ever had at a dental practice. I would highly recommend Shaeroz Raza and the entire team.

   Attended my hygienist appointment this morning, one of many at Smile Dental Clinic 7 Brockhurst Road. Gosport and as ever the reception team were so pleasant and helpful. It was a very reassuring to me as a person that is not fond of anything got to do with dentistry! Then I proceeded to the "Chair" but Paulina, a lovely Polish lady (Hygienist) came to my rescue once again! Paulina with her welcome and calming aura along with her very professional gentle and delicate approach was excellent! I would strongly recommend this clinic to everyone.    Very happy with my past and latest appointments there. I completely understand that it's difficult for them at the moment to see patients as frequently as they'd like, and that it's not their fault. It must be very frustrating for them. Every time I've been seen all of the staff have been very helpful, polite and professional. The dentists themselves have talked me through what they're doing as they're doing it, and always make me feel at ease. Definitely 5 stars from me, and many thanks to you all.

   The atmosphere was good but my appointment was cancelled 3 times before I was seen due to too few dentists, this situation is going to change in the near future I am led to believe. Once I was seen I have absolutely no complaints and look forward to being a patient of a fully manned operating dental practice.
