We needed a new cooker in a hurry as our old range oven (bought from Starks 12 years ago and never had a problem with it!) wouldn't fit in our new house. Starks were £100 cheaper than buying from Argos or Currys and not only delivered on time but also took our old cooker away. The owner was friendly and helpful and was happy to arrange a delivery date that suited us. Next time we need white goods we'll definitely be going back!

Just too let you now keep your receipt when you buy a appliance from sparks if you do not have your receipt he will not take a bank statement as prof he will ask you to pay £49 pounds call out as well as the price of the part needing replacing he say,s there are signs in the shop it would have been nice to be told this from the sale,s person to stop any confusion on this matter at the time I payed for the washing machine so not happy

The owner is very welcoming and happy to help you with any queries. I have had a tumble dryer from here which was delivered straight away without any problems.
