   I left a similar review on Fresha after being invited to by Beau Beauty after my treatment, but it has not appeared and they did not contact me about it to resolve it, so I'm leaving it on Google too. I had the gentlemen's pedicure which I was disappointed involved no soaking of the feet/was waterless. I was asked if I wanted my toenails cut, which didn't put the experience off to a great start as that was a large part of the reason I was there. Once my nails were cut they were awful - jagged and lopsided (I've included a picture of my nail AFTER the pedicure). The things they had to heat my feet had a broken strap so didn't work properly. The place was very dirty and unclean, and the woman doing the pedicure (who was friendly) picked up the towel she'd put on the floor thinking we were finished and then used it again on my feet. She said we were done after about half an hour despite the website saying it would take 45 minutes. I think if it was done quicker than expected I could have had a longer foot massage. I then had to ask for my cuticles to be done and be told that wasn't included in the gentlemen's pedicure - however, the website says it is. In the end I left feeling duped for spending that much money and having to go home and essentially give myself another pedicure to make my feet look presentable again. I went as a treat to myself and left feeling terrible as I had basically thrown £35 down the drain.

   I’ve been going to Jackie for 6 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My appointments feel like a therapy session, and Jackie is always happy to experiment with new lash styles for me. The beds are so comfy and the overall experience is professional and welcoming. And my lashes last weeks!

   I have used Jackie in the past for eye lash extensions which I absolutely loved, they were exactly how I wanted them and they lasted a long time! I’ve recently used Jackie for a lash lift which again I absolutely loved! Jackie is so friendly and the salon is so welcoming I would highly highly recommend ☺️

   Very disappointed, i had a full set of acrylic nails done for my ten day hol. After two days one fell off whole and by the 5th day of my holiday i only had 4 nails remaining. Ive had lots of acrylic nails done by other salons and never had this problem. When i explained it to the salon on my return. All i got was a sorry. They are not cheap to have put on, and i expected them to last longer then 2 days. I didnt even want to give a one star.
