I have been going to this salon for 3-4 years now and I have only had Lucia do my hair each time. She gave me the best haircuts and blowouts. Each appointment, I always feel so taken care of especially by her. She also gives you the best haircuts product suggestions you will live by. You are the best, Lucia!
I’ve had a mixture of experiences at Q Hair. Recently, I received a rather disappointing trim, which left me feeling unsure. However, the team’s professionalism and genuine commitment to making things right truly turned the situation around. They went out of their way to rectify the issue, and their customer service has completely restored my confidence in them. I really appreciate the effort they put into ensuring their clients leave happy.
I saw Georgia for a cut and blowdry and it was the nicest experience I’ve ever had in any salon! The staff in general and friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Georgia did a full consultation with me and really listened to my worries and thoughts about the cut I wanted beforehand. I had a lovely hair wash and she gave me a beautiful blowout that made me feel like a new girl! I cannot recommend Georgia enough - she is kind, talented and patient, and after a few bad experiences in different salons, she completely eased my anxiety and I can’t wait to see her again soon!

Q REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS - 10YEARS+ - ALWAYS FABULOUS ❤️ I’ve been going to Q for over 10 years and in that time I’ve had amazing (and very reasonably priced in comparison to others) pregnancy massages by Lauren. She’s also painted and re-shaped my nails a couple of times whilst I’ve been in which feels like a real treat! My young daughter has been in several times for her hair to be cut and each time left so happy. The staff are friendly, her hair beautiful and she’s felt like a real grown up. More recently, Lucia and Stefan have done my colour and they are absolutely incredible at balayage. They really listened to what I wanted and ensured I left feeling different, confident and fabulous! Both absolute professionals and total hair gurus! Yes, as more senior hairdressers they juggle clients during the appointment but WOW do they do this with ease, organisation and fluidity! A busy salon to me is nothing but a positive place to be! Lilly has regularly cut my hair (thick and lots of it so not the easiest) and has always done a great job. Taking the time for rollers whilst blow drying for that extra bounce! Chloe was so lovely when washing my hair and I have no doubt will continue to smash her training! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an horrific experience . They made me wait around with wet hair for 45 minutes while they squeezed in another customer. As a result I almost got a car parking fine and was half an hour late for a very important meeting. It’s all about making money rather than thinking about the inconvenience of long-standing customers like me. They refused to take my concerns seriously!
It’s been my first time in Chinchester and this Hairdresser Team know something about their Job. They are friendly and kind to the costumer. Very clean place and a interesting building going up into three flats. Everything is mostly wooden made so not a lot of plastic around here. I highly recommend this friendly team.
