   Rang for tumble dryer repair on Friday, came on Tuesday as promised. Sorted problem and when he went to order part, advised that my machine had been recalled and guided me to manufacturer’s recall website. This will likely result in a new machine at no cost to me. Very fair to do themselves out of a repair to look after a customer. Even so, a £36 call out is much cheaper than other local competitors and they are much friendlier. No “if you select the wrong box you may be charged extra” threats. Just honest people.

   Rang the office on a Friday afternoon to ask if they could come out and repair my dishwasher and within a few minutes I was booked in for a repair on Monday morning. The guy arrived on time and within an hour had it all fixed! All the guys are brilliant and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Extremely reasonably priced - cost a tenth of the price for a new dishwasher! Great service from start to finish. Thank you !

   I needed a replacement oven seal. I had already ordered one from Amazon putting in my make model and serial number. Needless to day it wasn't a proper seal, it needed to be cut and the clips put in. I rang this shop and the gentleman couldn't have been more helpful. He even agreed to txt me when the seal came in as I work in a village where signal is rubbish so I wouldn't have been able to receive the call. I picked the seal up today and it fits perfectly. I now have a fully functioning oven again. I will be recommending to everyone

   Phoned for advice in relation to a cooker repair and spoke to a chap called Kevin. The cooker in question is 20+ years old and whilst until recently had been working great. Kevin listened to me and my tale of woe, asked relevant questions and whilst he advised me what i really knew that the cooker was now obsolete with no chance of getting the spares required he did not give me a hard sell, just excellent advice......Good old fashioned service. A pleasure to speak too.

   Absolutely brilliant service, no fuss. They arrived, diagnosed the fault within 5 minutes, took the dryer away and fixed it. Three days later it was brought back, working perfectly at an excellent price. Will use for all of my appliance faults in the future. You know when you get a feeling that you can trust a company? Well i did with this one. Highly recommend.
