   Lovely quiet haven tucked inside the Westgate Leisure Centre. Two hours free parking onsite. Sweet and friendly staff. I had a Lava Shells full body massage with Holly. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She is very good at her craft. One star docked simply because our appointment started about 20-25 minutes after the original time. It wasn’t an issue as we had no other appointments, but it did make us a little late to return to the car.

   I have had several Guinot Hydradermie facials with Holly now and it has become the most beautiful relaxing hour of my month. Holly can sense when I need to chat and when I need to simply enjoy the facial and I can't wait for next month's facial.

   Wonderful massage experience with lovely staff that were even able to find an extra appointment for me last minute. Elyse is a top notch practitioner. Many, many thanks to your wonderful team, I feel completely reset, refreshed, relaxed and recharged. Update: I returned a few weeks later for a different therapy treatment with Tamika, who was superb! She quickly dealt with a tiny noise issue before it caused any disturbance, she is also a first rate therapist. Thanks again!

   You HAVE to try Reflexology with Rachel at The Sanctum! Having never had Reflexology before I was excited to try it for myself as I hear all the time about how many wonderful health benefits this treatment brings. The foot massage is by far my favourite part of a full body massage, so having an hour massage focused solely on my feet was heavenly to say the least. I was so relaxing that I drifted in & out of sleep a few times! I floated home on a cloud & could already feel the benefits throughout my body - I felt lighter, calm & almost as if my internal organs had had a massage. I will be coming back for more...

   I have had the most breathtakingly amazing experience with one of the therapists, Julie. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with some reflexology as well. I suffer with multiple injuries across my back and and neck and I’ve come out feeling like a new man. I also have a stressful job and this experience really made me totally unwind and relax. The reflexology was amazing and made me feel like I was in a twilight state, and was fascinating in the way it tells a story about the body. Lovely calm surrounding and setting. Totally recommend

   I attended my third visit to the Sanctum this morning, each visit has been with a senior therapist named Julie. The first and excellent back,shoulder and neck massage. Secondly a fantastically relaxing facial but today topped it all ! An amazing full body hot stone and oil massage lasting 75 minutes. As somebody who has always suffered with back problems and sees a physio every six weeks this was incredible. At the end I just wanted to stay exactly as I was and fall asleep. The heat, the oils, the massage with and without the volcanic stones was sooo good. I am ruined for anything else from now on. Julie is great at her job and also a lovely and genuinely person who I cannot recommend highly enough. My wife is booked up to see her this weekend. Neil.

   I visited The Sanctum this evening with never experiencing a professional massage before, but I can honestly say after my visit, it was AMAZING! I am 37 weeks pregnant, my body aches in ways I've never dealt with before so my partner decided he wanted to purchase a massage for me to ease the pain. I had Kacey, who I absolutely cannot fault at all, She was so calming, had everything set up for the pregnancy massage and was extremely sweet. She made the entire process feel so safe and relaxing and ensured I was comfortable throughout the massage. I cannot recommend Kacey enough, I am already planning on rebooking with her after the weekend. If anybody is thinking of booking a massage in Chichester, I would highly recommend The Sanctum, especially Kacey!

   My wife was very pleased with the massage booked for her as a gift. Premises are clean, quiet and very easy to find. Staff is well trained and very polite. Parking shouldn't be a problem. Will definitely book again.

   I had an exceptional Hydra Lift Deluxe facial treatment done by Emily. My skin was lifted, fresh and reinvigorated. The atmosphere in a treatment room was calm and relaxed. Emily has heavenly hands and she's very professional about implementing a treatment, as well as how she approaches a customer. I will definitely be a regular customer, specially that the car park is free for 2 hours, so you don't have to feel rushed. Perfect place for relaxation and treating yourself.
