   I’ve been visiting The Beauty Rooms salon for around 7 years now for lots of different treatments and I’m so grateful to have found Anouska. It’s clear that she truly knows her trade inside out and it’s something she is very passionate about. With every treatment I’ve had, I’ve always felt completely safe in her hands and confident in her expertise. One of the things I value most is that Anouska really listens to what you like and what you want. She’s incredibly capable and will only ever do what you feel comfortable with and what she feels comfortable doing, which makes the whole experience so reassuring. Her business is genuinely centred around making people feel good, and that shines through not only in the results she achieves but also in the warm atmosphere she creates in her salon! I haven’t had my lip filler topped up in over three years, and they’ve still held a lovely, natural shape - a real testament to her skill and quality of work. I would recommend the Beauty Rooms by Anouska to anyone!

   Always the best service with Anouska and I really wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! I have been having my lips done with Anouska for years now and I am always happy with my results and always get lots of compliments. Anouska is amazing at what she does and the salon is always clean and tidy. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Unfortunately, I have to post this review with these photos… Overall, my recent experience has been very negative due to the below: - Firstly, Anouska is incredibly difficult to organise an appointment with. Often taking many days or weeks to reply - After weeks of following up we get a date in and she confirms her summer sale price of £190. But the appointment is cancelled the day before due to illness her side, which I was very understanding about - The day before our rearranged date she messages saying she made an error and the summer sale price no longer applies and I must pay full at £250. Very unprofessional and disrespectful not to honour the sale price when already confirmed and bc it was an error due to her side - The filler is then injected way too low on one side, an air pocket is hit and the filler falls into one huge lump (images attached) - She tells me to firmly massage and use an electric toothbrush to break up the lump. These instructions seem inappropriate and incorrect to ask a non trained/non professional client to do and they’re not super clear or safe - After firmly massaging brand new filler (which I’ve now found out you absolutely should never do) the filler migrates heavily outside my lip, leaving me with wonky, uneven and lumpy lips - looking like I’d had a stroke. It’s also very painful and tight. - She asks me to travel to her flat to have some squeezed out bc she’s so busy and can’t fit me in the clinic around work. I have my best friends wedding and holiday in the next two weeks so I say yes as I’m panicked and very stressed - I spend £20 travelling two hours across London to her flat where nothing happens as the filler cannot be squeezed out. She didn’t bring dissolver home with her so we have to rebook - She then asks me to travel back to her flat, spending another £20 on travel. It’s a tube strike week so even more difficult. She drives so I asked if she could drive to mine and she says no bc she’s doesn’t want to spend money on petrol After this I’ve had enough. Trust is gone and this is not how to treat customers especially with something as crucial and vulnerable as their faces. I consult with a trained, medical practitioner who has years of expert spot dissolving experience. She says she’s heard of Anouska and she’s a cowboy - lots of her clients have come her way to be fixed. She says my lips have been botched. The filler is rock hard (apparently should be very soft still after only 2 weeks). The new lady is now fixing my lips and it’s costing me a fortune. Pity I can’t put her name here to recommend! Anouska refunded me £150 to cover the new clinician dissolving them, but in total I’ve lost over £300 getting them fixed, replaced etc. Unfortunately, this means I would not recommend Anouska. Please find someone who will always put your safety and needs first as a customer and not take you for a ride or make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. I now have botched lips for my best friend’s wedding and holiday. I’ve been in tears and distressed for days - please avoid so you don’t experience this. The photos speak for themselves.

   I've been getting my lips done by Anouska for 5 years now and I can honestly say I will never ever go anywhere else. Anouska is so lovely, patient and professional, she always takes time to make sure you are 100% comfortable before starting any procedure. She is amazing at what she does and tailors the treatment to exactly what you want - she has totally transformed my lips they still look natural but just a million times better. She has given me so much more confidence and I would recommend her to anyone. 4 of my friends also come to her now after my recommendation and every one of them has also had the best experience. If you go to her you will honestly be so glad that you did x

   I wouldn't reccommend this beauty salon as I was constantly ignored and had my appointment cancelled by the beautician multipul times. The communication was horrendus, and when she did message me it was really late at night, no people skills and very last minute. When I finally got booked in, I asked to check if I would need a patch test before my treatments, the woman waited almost a week to respond, by this time my appointment was within 48 hours and I was told I needed to have it done at least 48 hours ahead so my appointment would need to be cancelled. Once I had run out of patience, and due to the unprofessional way I had been treated, I didn't want to have anything to do with this place so I asked for a refund on the THIRTY POUND deposit she took upon my original booking, which she said it was non-refundable. I understand that the deposit prevents no shows and wasting her time, but she was the one cancelling and ignoring me, thus wasting my time! £30.00 may not seem like a lot to some people but I had saved that up to treat myself with my birthday money and she was just going to keep it with no appointment booked! Luckily I paid through PayPal so rasied a dispute. No contact was received from the woman to attempt to resolve my issues and she also did not respond to the PayPal dispute. Due to this, I finally won the case and got my deposit back. She doesn't care, she just wants your money!
