    Although well established they have the mindset of a startup. Nimble, quick thinking and take on as much risk as the client. Although a third party to your company you know instantly that they want you to success and value you and your business. When we first started working with MINT they took a lot of time to understand not only our operation but or goals. They have never stopped pushing us towards them almost 5 years later.

    After several meetings and calls with Charlotte Gillett over 3 months to start a larger book keeping project, Mint went completely radio silence. No more replies, no emails, no explanations. I did use Mint just before on a smaller companies account project which they did at the last minute. They sent the one invoice but a couple of months prematurely (before completion of the job). No more communication from then but I received a demand letter from a collections agency over a year later. Don't trust them with business critical service.
