   Booked an appointment and was seen on time, relaxed atmosphere and very friendly place to be. All of the nail technicians are professional but I had my nails done by Sunny, who gave me exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back.

   Been coming here for a while, and recently i have been bringing my daughter as she is at the age where she wants her nails painted (she is 7) last time we waited an hour which is fine i dont mind, but as a paying customer i expect to be seen in order unless someone has booked, my daughter was left and 3 people who were all walk ins got seen before her and then i had to say something, today we was there 2 hours and 10 minutes in total, again i had to ask for my daughter to be seen as we was before the 2 people that came in after us but were sat down before her, it doesnt matter if her nails cost a fraction of the price i am still a paying customer and its only fair, she wanted her fingers and toes done but i had to be somewhere and in the end we only had time for her fingers but if she was seen in order of arrival then this would not have been a problem, when we got to the till my pedicure cost £40 and they charged me £15 for my daughters nails! When questioning it they said thats the price, before i only payed £5 for her fingers and £5 for her toes which was a month aho, so £15 for just her fingers is outrageous when her nails are a quarter of the size of mine and she just gets them painted no filing no fancy buffing, so after the rubbish customer service and clearly putting money before your customers, i will not be returning! My daughter sat so patiently and when i left she asked why she always gets forgotten about, a fun exciting experience for her turned into her being upset when she left

   On Saturday (26th July) I was treated with much disrespect from this salon, I had BOOKED an appointment and two hours later they still hadn’t finished my infills. In fact, they had barely started them. This has been going on for weeks and sadly for me, I’ve allowed myself to keep going back. Clearly they are short staffed and struggling. They were taking walk-in apts, even though there were people like myself who were still waiting and had booked appointments. Not to mention two women also had their nails started before me, which is just RUDE. The bald man who did my nails was rough and rude also. My mum was also kept waiting a long time to have her pedicure started, but she was lucky enough to have her treatment finished. This morning, Monday, my nails & skin are sore to the touch because they REFUSE to do proper cuticle work and use the drills countless times to go over the cuticle skin. I thought this was a decent salon but it turns out they’re not and I’d advise anyone to go elsewhere. There are two nail salons which are within walking distance from this one, so I’ll be using one of those in the future. Save yourself the pain, time and money and find a better shop that will look after their clients.

   Booked an appointment, arrived and no one was ready. Waited 20 mins and they still weren’t. Salon was full, absolutely pointless waste of my time. Be honest about whether you have an appointment free!!!! Greed over customer care. Won’t go back.

   I don’t normally write reviews but Havant nail studio has gone down hill since I first started using them a few years ago. Booked an appointment for 1pm didn’t get sat in the chair till 1.45pm. One lady started me for acrylic and staff were constantly swapping round to Finnish off different clients? Wich I don’t understand, one lady next to me had 3 different staff do her nails & the lady next to her was started & then made to wait while they swapped to another client, this lady actually said to the nail tech that she was not happy about this service & was told she had time to do her nails. I felt my set was very rushed & lastly I was charged £42 for clear acrylic extensions with French tip painted on…this seems ridiculously expensive for the service & set that was produced. Definitely will not be coming back.

   Booked an appointment for 12 didn't get seen till 12:45. I asked the lady for long nails, she stuck the tips on and started cutting, i reminded her i wanted long but she didn't listen and carried on with the service! I have some nails that are not straight, other that look like an airplane could take off on them and they are different lengths! I will not be going back there ever again!

   Really pleased with the service received, hand gel at the nail bar and screens/masks in place. The salon seemed clean and tidy. The salon was very quiet and the full set of acrylics only took 45 minutes including paint/dry time, I had an appointment booked a few weeks in advance over the phone which was easy to do :) The lady copied my design and shape from a photo I provided and the result was perfect! There were loads of colour examples left next to the seat to choose from including glitters. Would go back/recommend. My acrylics cost £35 and parking nearby, if you're lucky you may find 2 hour free parking.

   Had my nails done her first time at this place I felt so relaxed so friendly and most of all I was so happy with my nails I would recommend it to everyone and I felt very safe and it is so clean hand gel everywhere very impressed xx
