   Richard is a reliable and friendly person, who puts his customers first. Contacted him to repair our oven and he ordered the the part required. Within a few days he was at our home at the time he told us he would be arriving. Service was first class and he's extremely tidy too. One other bonus for Richard was our two dogs which kept him entertained by playing ball with him after he'd finished. Many thanks for the excellent service Richard.

   I had a problem with the washing machine so I contacted to see how much it would cost to repair. I explained the problem over the phone and without any hesitation I was told that it was as simple as removing a block from my waste pipe. I managed to do it in under a minute and it has saved me a fortune. I would just like to say thank you for your advice. Great service thank you. :)

   Rang Rich up last night and he was able to fit me in today. He gave me a 4 hour window of when he thought he'd get to me and he turned up bang in the middle of this period. He came to take a look at my broken Samsung washing machine. It didn't take him long to find out what the problem was and luckily for me, he had the parts so was able to fix there and then. I thought the price he charged for callout, labour and parts was very reasonable and would definitely use him again. Hopefully though, I won't need to. Thanks.

   Richard responded to my telephone enquiry swiftly and came to my house extremely promptly, in fact within a few minutes. He had a fantastic 'can do' attitude and was clearly very experienced and competent. He was very friendly. He diagnosed the problems very swiftly and fixed them, and charged an extremely reasonable rate for his labour. I cannot recommend him highly enough, Richard was fantastic.
