Alex is fantastic. His knowledge and skills are at the highest level. Hes not scared to say if something will not be right for you. He will work around and suggest a better option still tailoring in what you like. I always leave the salon feeling like a million dollars!!!. Hes friendly and caring.

I'd recently had a bit of a bodged hair cut at another salon, I'd gone to Ellie J's to have this fixed. I was greeted well and offered a drink on arrival. Georgie could see that I was nervous and was able to put me at ease with a thorough consultation and advice. Her knowledge and experience was evident throughout my visit and the end result. I am very grateful that my hair could be rescued without sacrificing legnth. She also grave great advice on products and styling tips suitable for my hair.
I have been going to Elle J's for at least 10 years and it is always a treat. The staff are friendly and genuine and I always feel welcomed and comfortable. The salon is clean, warm and professional. The services I use, hair and beauty, are always professional with great results. The staff are obviously welcome trained and experienced.
Molly was lovely and we chatted throughout. I will book again, when I've forgotten how much this hurts!!

I just got my eyebrows done by Kiva and I'm really happy with the employees and salon! I have thin, uneven, oddly shaped eyebrows and she helped make me really happy with the new shape, plus she recommended how to grow them and showed me the ideal shape and where the placement should be. Also I love how no one told me to buy products- I hate when places do that because it makes me uncomfortable to say no to people. Alternatively, Kiva spoke about the benefits of using growth syrums, what brand she personally recommends, and said I should read about them online- she only mentioned what product the salon sells because I asked about it at the end of my appointment. Anyway I'm glad I went there and the salon has some really nice beauty stations, I like the furniture and layout, it's clean, and all the staff were wearing masks.
