My first visit to this Salon was very delightful. All staff very friendly and Claire did an excellent restyle. I will definitely be going back.
I love this place so much, the girls in the salon are lovely! I always come out looking and feeling amazing. I have had numerous treatments, and love getting my lashes done. I go every 6 weeks for hair and enjoy having a pamper here xxx
I was let down last minute by my usual beautician and Stephanie came to the rescue for my waxing! Never had such a good, full leg wax. She was so thorough, friendly and made me feel relaxed. I love the salon, very clean, modern and classy! Inspire will be my go to from now on! Thank you Steph. xx
I Booked various treatments they were great for booking me in such on such short notice :) I arrived on time, there was one worker in the salon, I had to wait until workers arrived - half hour of so. I booked a dry cut over text with a employer I got to the salon and they pointed out there’s no such thing as dry cut for ladies on the menu?? I Sat back down to wait for my facial, I expressed I was looking for a exfoliate- extraction facial they offered me a ‘basic extraction facial’ witch turns out it was not extraction at all! I stopped the treatment half way through Its time so I received 30 minutes and i paid for 60 minutes worth! I Wasn’t offered a discount after the all the miss leading confusion for some reason I paid out???!!!! I Went for my nails ( unfortunately they booked me in for my nails app before a spray tan app ) the ladie FILED my old acrylic off by hand! She refused to use a drill god know why it would have taken the same time and less hassle, right? Making my Color options limited I left with coral pink nails witch I did no expect it to resulted in! I was left with tender finger tips after all the filing! I’ve Never felt pain like it! Cuts everywhere! I paid for infills ( I did end up going to a 3rd salon to get a more natural shape and colour) (the colour that I originally asked from this salon but sadly we didn’t get end up getting to figure out how to do so) I was booked in for few other treatments over the week I didn’t bother going to due to the disappointment Me and my partner had with the salon already, I also didn’t get a reply off them from a few of my recent messages including a cancellation message The staff wasn’t too overly friendly just another day and customer to them Shame I didn’t finish my whole appointment request.
Absolutely amazing from initial consultation to my beautiful finished semi permanent eye brows! I have had so many wonderful comments about how well I look. They look so natural! A true artist! Highly recommended!
Lovely people working here and always provide great service and are very flexible with when you want to book an appointment. PS from Christine Hortin (07/04/2022) Had some excellent customer service today. Feel an extremely valued customer. The staff in inspire were very welcoming and professional. I also had a patch of eczema that was catered for, as it was red and sore. And still managed to get my hair coloured with help of some barrier cream. Also got a cuppa which i enjoyed. Very nice atmosphere to enjoy my hair dressing experience. Well done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent service, nice atmosphere staff very helpful and listen to what you want and even advised I come back if my restyle wasn't quite right, going back for an eyelash tint soon, highly recommended
