   Went to the place 3 weeks ago. The hair was dyed with patches. Some are bleached, some aren't. Some dyed, some aren't. I have contacted the salon asking for an urgent appointment both by email and telephone. Communication was ignored and no answer. I went to another salon for rescue plan. They couldn't believe KbSalon is so irresponsible and unprofessional. It was disaster. You are warned.

   Visited yesterday and we loved it. Thank you for giving my 2 daughters a wash, cut and blow dry. Abi was kind and talk active with both of them and made them feel very welcome and relaxed. A lovely fresh cut ready for school and we will be returning. A lovely salon and a warm friendly welcome which I think is the most important thing. Thank you so much. Louise Stuart

   Lovely, friendly salon. Daughter had a Groupon deal for cut and blow dry, it was fantastic value for money even though we hadn't realised we'd need to pay an extra £10 because her hair was longer. We were happy to pay this as she was given a thorough cut and advice. The staff were extremely friendly. I'd happily recommend this salon for a cut and blow. Thankyou

   Clean, modern surroundings and friendly, welcoming staff - very reasonable prices too. I'm always happy with the service and results I get here. There's also a free car park a 1 minute walk away - bonus! This is my new regular salon and I'm happy to recommend it.

   Really not happy had hair cut but was nothing like I asked for. My hair has been hacked looks awful would not reccomend to anybody now looking back at the review I would not of gone in the first place. Now need to spend more money trying to get someone to sort it out

   Ive been here many times before, and was always pleased. On this occasion, i felt the stylist didn't listen. I was so unhappy with my hair, it was the worst cut i had ever had, because she hardly touched it, and cut it whilst dry, that's never happened to me before, didn't pick up my hair, just brushed it down and trimmed. I had full head of hightlights, i left with the same roots i went in with! I did go back and the colour was corrected, but rough dried and sent on my way. It was an inconvenience to come back. As nice as the stylist was, i felt she was not confident, or experienced enough, and should learn to listen and maybe have her work checked.

   Previously been going here for the past few years and had Claire do my hair who was great but unfortunately has recently left. I booked an appointment two weeks ago for today and after waiting all this time to have my hair done, when I turned up for my appointment time at 12, I was informed after asking that I would have to wait 30 minutes to get my hair done. There was no attempt of an apology for this. As I was on a lunch break I did not have the time to sit around and wait 30 minutes for someone to see me so it as a complete waste of my time. I would have also thought the point of making an appointment at a specific time is for you to be seen for that time or within maybe 10 minutes. I will now be seeking a new hairdressers that shows more respect to their customers.
