   I was so looking forward to having my hair done for my holiday . Natasha had told me exactly what she would do to my hair when it had grown a bit more . I phoned the day before my appt to ask what time it was at as I had forgotten. I was met with oh we were going to phone you to change your appt day . I said I can't as I go on holiday the next day so they just changed the time . However when I attended I was met with I will be doing your hair as Natasha can't do it . I was not happy but had to accept it as I was on holiday next day . Three times I said to the girl( sorry don't think she told me her name ) that Natasha was going to cut my hair at an angle on the side . She didn't do that in fact it was as if she was scared what to do . My hair looked OK when I left but next day I was back to sticking up bits in my hair and having to put it behind my ears so it looked tidy . It ruined my holiday . Natasha I understand was at her other shop working I would have liked to have the choice of going there for her to do it . I'm sorry but after 2 letdown at this salon I won't be visiting again as I told the hairstylist on the day

   It’s my first time of being here, just randomly pick this salon from google map with good reviews. I would say I am very satisfied with the service, since I walked into the shop, I felt welcomed by the stylist, she is really nice , patient and professional, cut my thick hair with exactly what I expected. Thank you and will definitely recommend.

   I had my first haircut done in this salon in December and I can't stress enough how happy I am with the result. My hair is so easy to style and looks great even when not styled. The volume is amazing, never felt so good with my hair. A big confidence boost. It was my first visit so I can't remember the name of the stylist (my apologies for this) but it was a lady with shorter naturally curly hair. She asked a lot of question before she started to make sure that I get what I want. She also was very helpful with advising what is best for my hair type. Thank you so much! Look forward to my next appointment!

   I’ve been coming to Ntc since it first opened and I’ve never felt more welcomed and never got such great results anywhere else. The girls put you at ease and leave you with perfect hair every time. I couldn’t ask for anything better from my salon experience!

   I absolutely love going here for my hair, nails and beauty. I am always made to feel welcome on every occasion, the ladies are just pure they welcome you like an old friend which is lovely. I also take my 4 year old daughter here to get her haircut and she absolutely loves it, they always make her feel like a grown-up and they always make her feel comfortable. Definitely go here I could not recommend it enough ♥ xxx

   I would give 0 stars if I could. I burnt my hair years ago and it took me 3 years to grow them back with extremely expensive products. I went to colour my hair and none of the so called specialists even tested my hair. I am naturally blonde with thin and fair hair. They put Bleach on my hair with foils and heat. Thought professionals would know better. They burnt my hair to having noodles on my head. I went back 2 times and none of them would take any single piece of responsibility. I spent £180 for my colour and treatment to be left with burnt hair, patchy colour and and brush full of hair!!!! Every time I go there - cut, colour or whatever - they make me wait for hours!!!!! ❗Having as many customers as possible is more important than performing quality service for 1 ❗. When my hair is washed - I always (without exception) have to wait for at least an hour. It's a been half year now and my hair are still breaking. Lucky I managed to get them cut in another salon with real professionals. ------ Take it back couple years - I went to have my first ever spray tan. I asked for the lightest possible - ended up with orange skin for my Christmas work due. Un professional and quite pathetic customer service!!!! *EDITED FOR RESPONSE * MY HAIR WAS RUINED. BUT YOU OBVIOUSLY WOULDN'T SEE IT WITH ALL THE PRODUCTS YOU PUT IN THE HAIR. I CAME BACK SEVERAL TIMES. YOUR ELASTICITY TEST WASN'T DONE PROPERLY AS IT WAS STRETCHY. I DIDN'T GET A SORRY OR A OFFER TO MAKE IT RIGHT. INSTEAD I GOT BLOCKED. AND YOU NOW BLAME ME OR MY NEW HAIRDRESSER FOR YOUR MISTAKE. AS YOU SAID - I'VE BEEN WITH YOU FOR 6 YEARS AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR REGULARS! PATHETIC.
