   After thirty years of using the same hairdresser, it was time for a change for various reasons. Naturally nervous at going somewhere new, I couldn't have wished for a warmer welcome from Creations. From my initial contact with Emma regarding matching me to a stylist, Keeley, the service has been professional, reassuring, friendly and uplifting. Keeley listened to what I said and gently guided me through what process would be right for me. Starting with a cut and style, I then have had my roots retouched and refreshed. Keeley's excellent guidance on colour has left my hair looking glossy, revitalised and much gentler in tone. After only two visits, I feel comfortable and at home thanks to Keeley and all the staff. Thank you for making me so welcome and already improving my hair!

   My daughter had very matted hair, after 5 hours of extreme patience, very professional manner, Grace worked wonders to save her long hair, I can’t thank you enough and having other members of the staff helping out, you made my daughter feel comfortable and adding the extra touch of the sweets made her happy. You all are hero’s in our eyes, you all go above and beyond to make your clients feel very comfortable and relaxed, can’t ask for better salon. Thank you all and especially Grace

   I have wavy hair which is difficult to style. Creations website gave me the confidence to book as it clear which stylists have the expertise in what you want. At the salon, it is so lovely from start to finish. You are welcomed in the salon with refreshments. Keeley has cut and styled my hair three times and each visit has been a joy. She is very attentive and takes the time to listen to your requirements and showing photos to ensure we are on the same wavelength. I recommend the head massage too! Great experience.

   Had an incredible experience at creations with Annie! Never had my hair done professionally before and I was a bit nervous about it but Annie completely understood what I was looking for, what I didn’t want and what I did want. Explained everything happening whilst doing my hair and made sure I was happy with everything. Also gave a complimentary head neck and shoulders massage! Wonderful salon experience and will definitely be back! 100% recommend!!

   I love going to the salon every 8 weeks for a wash, cut and blow dry with Keeley. She is amazing and knows exactly how I like my hair cut. The milkshake hair products smell amazing and make my hair super glossy. I always receive so many compliments. Very friendly salon and would highly recommend.

   Lauren was brilliant, took the time to listen and make sure I was informed of the colour process. I thought it would be a tricky balayage after using box dye since my last colour but with Lauren's skill and experience it came out beautifully and I'm so happy with the result!    I had a pleasure to receive the cut and finish service from very talented hairstylist - Annie. Firstly she conducted an interview with me about my haircare routine and my expectation in terms of the finish look. She is very knowledge, kind and above else she made the whole experience special and relaxing. I was also offered a great head and neck massage. Annie talked me through every step of they way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely be coming back to get more services. It's also worth mentioning that the salon provides the expertise in hair loss journey! Thank you
